Return and Exchange Policy

At De Crown Club, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take special care in the quality and packaging of all products shipped from our facility. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that are correctly delivered and in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the product you ordered, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share the order number, a brief description of the issue, and images of the product and packaging
  • Ensure all original packaging, tags, and labels are retained

Once your complaint is reviewed and validated, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide further instructions. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note, we are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer
  • Packages returned due to recipient unavailability
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery providers

Each return case is assessed individually, and De Crown Club reserves the right to make the final decision. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
